1. Numerical control machine tools.

The composition of a CNC machine tool is mainly divided into three parts: the machine tool body, the transmission system, and the CNC system.

Machine tool body.

The machine tool body is the main component of the machine tool, the hardware of the machine tool, an important mechanical accessory of the machine tool, and an easily visible part to the naked eye, including the bed and base castings, spindle and gearbox, guide rails and slide tables, lubrication, chip removal, and cooling.

Transmission system.

The transmission system is an important component of CNC machine tools, which completes the work tasks of the machine tool, including cutting tools, transmission machinery, and auxiliary power systems. (1) The tool section includes a protective device, a tool magazine, and a tool changing device. (2) As a secondary component of the transmission system, the transmission machinery includes three parts: ball screws, linear guides, and worm gear pairs. (3) The auxiliary power system includes two parts: the hydraulic system and the starting system, and is the power source for CNC machine tools.

Numerical control system.

The CNC system can be said to be the soul of CNC machine tools, the sensory part of the entire machine tool, and the essence of the machine tool to complete various functions and operations. Numerical control systems are basically divided into two categories:

(1) The driving device includes high-speed spindle, rectangular motor, linear motor, ordinary motor, and stepper motor; (2) The control and detection device includes a numerical control system, a variable program controller, a feed servo control module, a position detection module, etc.


2. CNC machine tool technology chain.

The CNC machine tool technology chain consists of six parts: real-time nuclear technology of CNC system, direct drive machining control technology, servo motor machining control technology, linear sensing resolution technology, angle sensing resolution technology, and CNC system fieldbus technology.

3. CNC machine tool product chain.

The product chain of CNC machine tools is longer than other links, including machining centers, metal cutting, special processing, forming, etc.

Machining Center: Multi axis linkage and flexible machining unit.

Metal cutting: CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, CNC boring machines, CNC drilling machines, CNC grinding machines, and CNC punching machines.

Special processing: wire EDM machine, EDM forming machine, flame cutting machine, laser processing machine, high-pressure water cutting machine, CNC automatic welding equipment.

Forming machine tools: CNC punching machines, CNC shearing machines, CNC bending machines, CNC bending machines, multi coordinate measuring machines.

Others: automatic plotters, industrial robots, and special CNC systems.

4. Downstream industrial chain of CNC machine tools.

The downstream industry chain of CNC machine tools reflects all the functions of CNC machine tools as mother machines, widely used in various industries of manufacturing, generally including the following points:

National Defense and Military Industry: Aerospace, Nuclear Industry, Shipbuilding Industry, Weapon Manufacturing.

Petrochemical industry: petroleum, petrochemicals, chemical industry, etc.

Shipbuilding industry: Ship repair is related to ships.
