Drilling center manufacturer: What should I do if there is a deviation in the position of the high-speed drilling center drill?

1. Accurately mark the line before drilling the center with high-speed drilling. Firstly, familiarize yourself with the drawing requirements and the benchmark for processing the workpiece; The flatness of the general benchmark is 0.04mm, and the perpendicularity of adjacent benchmarks is 0.04mm. The high-speed drilling center should mark the cross centerline of the hole position with a height ruler according to the requirements of the drilling position and size, and the lines should be clear and accurate; The thinner the line, the higher the accuracy, because there is always a certain width for marking, and the accuracy of marking can generally reach 0.25-0.5mm. Therefore, after marking, a vernier caliper or steel ruler should be used for inspection.

2. After marking the inspection grid or circle and passing the inspection, the inspection grid or circle with the hole centerline as the symmetrical center should also be marked as the inspection line for trial drilling, so as to check and align the drilling position when drilling the center hole. Generally, several different sizes of inspection grids or circles can be marked, with small inspection grids or circles slightly larger than the transverse edge of the drill bit and large inspection grids or circles slightly larger than the diameter of the drill bit.

3. Sample punching should be carefully carried out after drawing the corresponding inspection blocks or circles. First, punch a little bit, carefully observe the different directions of the cross centerline, and see if the sample punching hits the intersection of the cross centerline. Then, use force to punch the sample and make a larger circle to accurately center the drill.

The drilling center manufacturer has a trick for making samples and punching holes: place the sample punch diagonally on one side of the cross centerline, slowly move it to the other side, and when you feel that a certain point is blocked, stop moving the vertical sample punch. You will find that this point is the center of the cross centerline; At this point, the sample punch is the center of the cross centerline, and you will find that the sample punch always feels stuck on the cross centerline.

4. Clean the machine tool worktable, fixture surface, and workpiece reference surface using clamping method. Clamp the workpiece steadily and reliably, making it easy to observe and measure. Pay attention to the clamping method of the workpiece to prevent deformation due to clamping.

Before the high-speed drilling center trial drilling, it is necessary to first conduct a trial drilling: align the transverse edge of the drill bit with the center template of the hole to drill a shallow pit, then visually inspect whether the position of the shallow pit is correct, continuously correct the deviation, and make the shallow pit coaxial with the inspection circle. If the deviation is small, the workpiece can be forcibly pushed in the opposite direction of the deviation while drilling, achieving gradual correction.

If the deviation is too large, you can punch a few samples in the opposite direction of the deviation or use a chisel to carve several grooves. The purpose of doing so is to reduce the cutting resistance in that area, so that the drill bit deviates during the cutting process. Adjust the position of the drill bit center and the hole center, try to drill the planned grooves, add shallow and deep pits, until the shallow pits coincide with the inspection grid or inspection circle, and then drill holes to achieve the purpose of correction.

That's all for today's introduction of the drilling center manufacturer. Thank you for watching. If you need a high-speed drilling center, you can contact our manufacturer.
